Returns Policy

You may exchange or return merchandise purchased on for a full refund, less original shipping charges, based on original form of payment, within 30 days of the purchase date. XDR products will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred to get the product back to us.  If your item has been used, restrictions may apply.

Warranty – 1 year replacement warranty:

XDR Products LLC. warrants for 1 year from the date of purchase to the original retail purchaser, that the product shall be free against defects in materials or workmanship in the external shell or in its internal components. If this product proves defective in either material or workmanship, XDR Products LLC. at its option, will (a) issue a full refund, or (b) replace the product. If the product model is no longer available and cannot be replaced with an identical model, XDR Products LLC. at its sole option may replace the unit with a current model of equal or greater value.


  • The warranty does not cover physical damage of the product resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, or wear from ordinary use or environmental deterioration. Environmental deterioration includes exposure to moisture, liquid, extreme heat or cold, and sun damage.
  • The warranty does not cover accessories.
  • The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage.
  • The warranty does not cover consequential damage to other components.
  • The warranty does not cover signal reception problems and failures due to line power surge.
  • The warranty is null and void for altered products.
  • The warranty terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer this product to another party.

You must send your old device back with or without it’s original packaging. The customer is responsible for the charges incurred to ship the product to XDR Products LLC.  At XDR Products LLC’s discretion the product will be replaced or a refund issued.
 If replaced, XDR Products LLC will be responsible for the shipping charges on the replacement unit.  You must fill out a Warranty Claim form (, reference your order number and explain in brief the issue you have with the product.  Print the original sales receipt and include it in the return package for us to process the claim in a timely manner. Any replacement product assumes the remaining of the original warranty. This process will take 7-10 business days after receipt of the returned product. Any package without the payment receipt will be delayed in processing.


Except for downloadable software products, we ship only to North America (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We do not ship internationally. If free shipping or discounted shipping is offered, it will only apply to locations in North America. Expedited shipping is not offered at this time.
