General FAQ

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and PayPal. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

What are your shipping policies?

We offer free shipping on all orders greater than $100.00. For orders less than $100.00 we offer a $6.00 flat rate shipment to the United States. For Canada, the flat rate is $36.00.

Do you ship to my country?

Except for software downloadable products, we do not ship internationally at this time.

When will my order ship?

Shipments are made within 2 – 3 days of receipt of your order.

Order Status FAQ

Has My Order Shipped?

Log into your account and click on the View Orders link and that will give you the status of your order. You will receive an email when your order ships.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

You can change these at any time prior to completing checkout. Once checkout is completed, you cannot change the order.

How do I track my order?

Log into your account and click on the View Orders link and that will give you the status of your order.

My order never arrived.

Click the Order Status link on the menu above to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If they have, please use our contact form or call us for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. We will send an email to you when the backorder is available to ship. Normally, backordered items take 6-8 weeks to be filled.

How do I create an account?

1) Click the My Account link on the menu above. Then simply fill out the form to set up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click on My Account then in the left hand menu, click Edit to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping

I forgot my password.

Click the My Account link on the menu above. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Forgot your password? Click here”. That link will send an email to you to create a new password.

How do I return my product?

On our contact page, there is a link to a warranty claim form. Please submit that form for a warranty return. Please note tha the customer is responsible for the shipping charges on the return.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?

Products ship within 48 to 72 hours of order placement. After placing your order, you may click on the order within your account to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

At present, you only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. This is subject to changes in federal and state legislatures.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
